This is the first
year we were able to get into an orphanage in the city. The Lord made this
possible and brought it to our attention. Most orphanages are run by the
Government and we are not permitted in to minister at all. This is a private
orphanage supported through private donations. After communicating with the
director I received a list of needed household items. We did not purchase gifts
as there exists a separate “tree of fulfilled wishes” that is placed in the
mall nearby. Along with the items we bought we included of course Bibles and
gospel tracts. We pray this may open the door to further outreach opportunities
there.
